Blue Foods has launched
Spaghetti Kitchen and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Nariman Point in
Mumbai. The Spaghetti Kitchen is the second of its kind in Mumbai, the
first being at Pheonix Mills. Spaghetti Kitchen is a specialty
restaurant conceived to serve up a cuisine that is acquiring universal
favour among Indian diners.
Blue Food's Spaghetti Kitchen will
bring Italy's variety of distinctive flavours into its repertoire of
dishes, with a focus on authenticity.
Bill Marchetti, the
celebrity chef, is appointed as the consultant chef for the kitchen.
"The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf " would offer Hollywood's favourite
coffee and tea café in a cozy and comfortable environment.
